ACCOUNTING

Special Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable University.
  • At least 15 years experiences in Accounting / Cost Accounting / Auditing / System field.
  • Highly competent on Indonesian Taxtation and Accounting field and also implementing ERP software.

MARKETING

Special Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) from reputable University, any major is welcomed.
  • At least 15 years experiences in Marketing / Branch Management / Areas Management / Service field in automotive company.
  • Highly competent on the Strategic Marketing/Service field.
  • Excellent communication skill.

PRODUCTION

Special Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from reputable University.
  • At least 15 years experiences in machining / foundry / stamping / assembly of automotive or automotive component manufacturer.
  • Experienced on managing at least 200 subordinates.
  • Highly competent on production management and production engineering.
  • Have a deep understanding of ISO 9001:2008 and its implementation.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Special Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) from reputable University any major are welcomed.
  • At least 15 years experiences in Human Resources Management field.
  • Experienced as a HRD Manager in a company which has more than 500 staffs.
  • Have a good knowledge of  Human Resource Development, Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulations.
  • Have a deep understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 and its implementation.
