MARKETING ASSISTANT (MA)- 2 PERSONS
The Marketing Assistant provides tactical and administration support to the marketing department in the overall daily activities , with main responsibilities as follow :
- Providing administrational support to the brand manager and the overall marketing team (e.g: maintain related filings to the marketing teams, preparing internal and external written communications, etc)
- Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature, and other ranges of marketing communications materials
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required (e.g:managing/supervising events, booking venues, ordering marketing materials, etc)
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature, writing articles and promotional material for marketing, as well as preparing interesting written copy for the
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases .
Summary  of Qualifications:
- 1 year of work-experience in the same position or function .
- Personable, presentable, and articulate
- Good communication skills (written and oral), and having the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and strong administration as well as organizations skills
- High level of initiative and assertiveness
- Having medical knowledge, or familiar with contraception and/or family planning program will be a plus
- Graduates from reputable midwifery academy are encourage toapply
