The National Midwife Coordinator will provide strategic and tactical support to Brand Manager in marketing activities for DKT Indonesia’s Andalan branded contraception products that targets midwives, with main responsibilities  as follow:

  1. Provide support to the brand manager on the day-to-day business, and managing the implementation of marketing programs that targets
  2. Liaise and build strategic relationship with midwives organizations, and other reproductive health organizations counterparts, as well as other vendors.
  3. Supporting the brand manager in all decisions; and making sure that the level of competitiveness of the brand in the midwivesmarket is high.
  4. Develops and plans activities that can help the brand achieve maximum impact; gives assistance to identify ideas that will meet the criteria of their investments.
  5. Assuring the effectiveness of the organization’s brand strategies or marketing

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years of work-experience in the same position or
  • Demonstrated leadership and team skills
  • Having strategic thinking skills, with analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills (written and oral), able to build strong relationship with cross functional teams and vendors
  • Having high level of creativity, with persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas
  • Results oriented , with high level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Having medical knowledge, or familiar with contraception and/or family planning program will be a plus
