The Assistant Brand Manager will provide strategic and tactical support to Brand Manager in marketing activities for DKT Indonesia’s Andalan branded contraception products (e.g: Pil KB Andalan, Suntikan KB Andalan, etc), with main responsibilities as follow:

  1. Provide support to the brand manager on the day-to-day business, and managing the implementation of marketing His/her responsibilities include liaise with advertising and research agencies, as well as other vendors.
  2. Supporting the brand manager in all decisions; and making sure that the level of competitiveness of the brand in the market is high.
  3. Develops and plans promotions that can help the brand achieve maximum impact; gives assistance to identify ideas that will meet the criteria of their investments
  4. Assuring the effectiveness of the organization’s brand strategies or marketing plans, and overseeing all process from marketing to distributing.

Summary of Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years of work-experience in the same position or
  • Demonstrated leadership and team skills
  • Having strategic thinking skills, with analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills (written and oral), able to build strong relationship with cross functional teams and vendors
  • Having high level of creativity, with persuasiveness and tenacity to sell ideas
  • Results oriented, with high level of initiative and assertiveness
  • Having medical knowledge, or familiar with contraception and/or family planning program will be a plus
